We want you to be happy with your artwork. However, due to the nature of art and digital products, refund rules vary depending on the type of purchase.

PHYSICAL ARTWORK (PRINTS)

Refunds or replacements are available only if:

The item arrives damaged

The wrong item was sent

To request a refund or replacement:

Contact us within 7 business days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

A replacement (if available), or

A refund

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Minor colour variations between screen and print

Damage occurring after delivery

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital downloads are:

Final sale

Non-refundable once delivered

Exceptions may apply only if:

The file is corrupted

The incorrect file was provided

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

However, we may assist in filing claims with shipping providers where possible.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
