Physical art prints

Originals

Digital artworks (downloadable files)

We make every effort to display artwork accurately, but:

Colours may vary depending on screen or print process

Minor differences may occur between preview and final product

ORDERS

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order

Limit quantities

Cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse

If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

PRICING

All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

PAYMENTS (IMPORTANT)

We DO NOT store or have access to your credit card information

All payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Squarespace Commerce

These providers handle all payment data according to their own privacy and security policies

SHIPPING (PHYSICAL ARTWORK)

For physical prints:

Shipping times vary depending on destination

Delays may occur due to carriers or customs

Tracking may not always be available depending on shipping method

We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

For digital artwork:

Files are delivered electronically

No physical item will be shipped

Once downloaded, digital products are considered final sale

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for:

Shipping delays

Damage caused during shipping

Loss or issues caused by third-party carriers

Temporary website or service interruptions

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
